This project is not simply a residential development, but a celebration of the harmony between people, architecture and nature, elevating the living experience to a level of contemporary, tailor made luxury.
The signature of O+T Architetti emerges in their ability to harmoniously connect exteriors and interiors, enhancing a continuous visual and material relationship with the surrounding landscape. The design is conceived to maximise interaction with the environment. Large windows open the interiors toward panoramic views, allowing natural light and the landscape to become the undisputed protagonists of the space. Outdoors, the gardens host a swimming pool and a sauna designed to offer moments of total well being, immersed in the tranquillity of nature.
The interiors have been crafted with exceptional dedication by Ballarini Interni, who supported the architecture studio in the selection and creation of the furnishings, ensuring that the design vision translated into spaces of the highest quality.
This collaboration made it possible to develop generous interiors characterised by refined finishes and meticulous attention to detail. The aesthetic is defined by a sober, contemporary elegance, where every element is chosen to contribute to maximum comfort. The bedrooms are equipped with walk in closets, and the furnishings are entirely custom made, reflecting a truly tailor made approach.
The convivial spaces, such as the living area and the modern kitchens, form the vibrant heart of the villas. Dark materials and minimalist surfaces alternate with warm touches introduced by the lighting and wooden elements, creating a balance of elegance, comfort and light, a distinctive signature of O+T Architetti’s design vision.
A crucial role in defining the atmosphere and spatial identity is played by the lighting design, conceived and coordinated by BT Light Consulting, who interpreted light not only as a functional necessity but as a fundamental architectural element and emotional tool.
Throughout the various rooms, the thoughtful use of lighting fixtures stands out: sculptural pendant lamps with filaments above the dining area and cascading chandeliers define focal points and add depth, providing strong decorative value. Accent and functional lighting is achieved through LED strips integrated into ceiling coves, under kitchen cabinets or behind minimal shelves, creating warm, diffused ambient light that highlights textures and volumes without becoming intrusive. Finally, directional sconces and discreet bedside lamps offer flexibility and visual comfort, allowing guests to personalise their lighting experience.
