When the place is a wonderful green hill that faces directly the blue of Lake Garda, the housing project should be simple and delicate.

The project, by Studio Campanardi on the initiative of Immobiliare Magri, fits with linear and simple forms on the sloping ground, overlooking the eastern side of Lake Garda, near Torri del Benaco.

The theme of the project is transparency and integration between the interior of living spaces and the light coming from the surrounding environment.

The objective of the interior design is to include white or light gray surfaces that can reflect and expand the abundant light coming from the windows overlooking the lake.

The furnishing solution, curated by Ballarini Interni, is a careful alternation of different colors on a base of white. Indeed, in the large living room a uniformly diffused light shade can be seen, in which the furnishing elements stand out, each characterized by its particular color and use of the material. The ash-gray sofa, the hazel-colored wooden dining table, the darker wooden kitchen.

The result is a balance of alternations that make the environment comfortable but without giving up one’s personality.

In a second solution for the kitchen and dining area, again we find an alternation between the basic color, white, and surfaces in a different and unique material, wood, used for the doors of the cooking area and for the dining table top.

The details and the accurate finishing of the furnishing accessories are not overlooked. The interior solution is enriched with carpets, cushions, lamps and ornaments, each placed and chosen for its expressiveness and ability to enrich the environment and improving the solution of living.
