In Desenzano a house of the Seventies with an elegant restyling

In Desenzano, in front of Garda Lake, with the panorama of mountains as a backdrop, this family house was built with the best taste of the Seventies.

The house was built in concrete and glass in order not to hide the beautiful view.
The upper floor has been revisited in a contemporary style.

Ballarini interior created a radical intervention: the first impression entering the open space of the living room is the total integration between interior and exterior. The exterior walls have been replaced by large sliding windows.

In summer the dwelling is integrated with the outdoor space comfortably furnished for lunch and rest.
