Set among the morainic hills of Bardolino, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards that gently slope toward the southern basin of Lake Garda, Villa SA rises as a residence that harmoniously interprets the relationship between architecture, nature and craftsmanship.

At the heart of the project is the collaboration between the BC+V Architetti studio and Ballarini Interni, a dialogue that has given life to a home with a contemporary character yet deeply rooted in its surroundings.
Ballarini Interni supported the design team with bespoke architectural furnishing work, translating the architects’ ideas into concrete elements of great precision and quality. The interior realisation is the result of true furniture craftsmanship, where standard pieces and custom made creations coexist in perfect harmony.

Colors and materials follow the architect’s creative vision, adapting with maximum flexibility to both architectural and functional requirements. Every detail has been entrusted to highly skilled craftsmen, capable of addressing even the smallest nuances of the project with care and sensitivity.
The villa, part of an exclusive residential complex of seven homes, integrates into the landscape without altering it, instead embracing its natural morphology. It rests on the slope and unfolds across multiple levels, following the terrain’s contours. The basement and semi basement floors host the service areas: garage, cellar, SPA, gym and the pool changing room, while the ground floor opens onto a spacious living area.
Here, the kitchen with its large central island becomes the focal point, accompanied by the fireplace, the wood panelled bookcase and the living room. Wide windows open the view toward the outdoor pergola, allowing the gaze to flow freely across the lake.

The upper floor houses the sleeping area, with three suite style bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom and, in the case of the main bedroom, an elegant walk in wardrobe. In every room, natural light flows continuously, creating an ongoing dialogue with the surrounding environment.
Outside, the terraced garden among the olive trees finds its focal point in the infinity pool, whose reflective surface mirrors the landscape and enhances the perception of space. The teak solarium completes the visual and sensory experience, inviting contemplation and relaxation.
The residence is defined by clean lines, strong colours and natural materials selected in harmony with the local context. Light and stone become the true protagonists, transforming surfaces into expressive elements that narrate the relationship between architecture and landscape.

The project bears the signature of the BC+V Architetti studio, with contributions from architects Nicola Cacciatori (architectural design), Michela Vicentini (design collaboration), Jessica Coccimiglio (interior design), Barbara Vinco (executive project) and Federico Bertoldi (construction management).
Villa SA represents a perfect balance between design research and artisanal mastery, between technical rigour and aesthetic sensitivity. A project in which the hand of the architect and that of the craftsman speak the same language, one of quality, proportion and timeless elegance.
