The protagonist is the generous open space<\/strong> that welcomes us as we pass through the scenic entrance, where functional areas retain their own identity despite occupying a single space.<\/p>

A masterful choice is the Westside double-sided sofa<\/strong> by Poliform<\/strong>, contemporary and multifunctional, elegantly redefining the living area<\/strong>. The kitchen<\/strong> stands out with its linear forms and precious materials, oak cabinets<\/strong> contrasting with bronze-colored steel finishes<\/strong>, characteristic of the Italia model<\/strong> by Arclinea<\/strong>, which has marked the collaboration with Antonio Citterio<\/strong> since 1988. This model combines aesthetics with the technical solutions of professional kitchens, featuring deep countertops, all framed by the luxurious Esperador dark marble<\/strong> in a glossy finish.<\/p>

In the dining area<\/strong>, with a 360\u00b0 view of the outdoors, the Maxalto table<\/strong> in smoked oak stands out for its generous size, accommodating up to eight people. A distinctive touch appears in the bedrooms<\/strong>, each featuring a personalized wallcovering<\/strong>, selected according to personality, from LondonArt<\/strong> to Wall&dec\u00f2<\/strong>. The chosen wallpapers represent both the room and its inhabitant. Fabric beds<\/strong> feature soft, rounded shapes in hues that blend seamlessly with the surroundings.<\/p>

In the guest room<\/strong>, the Zenit walk-in closet<\/strong> by Rimadesio<\/strong>, strategically placed at the center, serves both as storage and a separator between the bed and the exercise area<\/strong>. Ballarini<\/strong> orchestrated this elegant design intervention, bringing the sensitivity and professionalism that distinguish the interior designers of Ballarini Interni<\/strong>, with spaces crafted with exquisite skill.<\/p>
